NewReach is a community interest company dedicated to providing training and employment opportunities for people within disadvantaged communities.

NewReach does this by delivering a variety of socially and environmentally beneficial services for businesses, communities and the public sector. It is engaged in a variety of programmes associated with trade waste and recycling but its best known service is the recovery and redistribution of paint for trade customers, private businesses and DIY enthusiasts.

The company collects, mixes and re-sells or donates paint that would otherwise be discarded, so in addition to offering customers quality paints at bargain-basement prices, NewReach is also making an important contribution to the protection of our environment.

In delivering these services, NewReach takes on people who need work experience, it provides them with accredited training and, in the longer term, it offers the possibility of permanent employment.
